Starting a Habit

Some people seem to have a knack for making goals and crossing them off their lists. I don’t! The only way I can accomplish anything is to keep going back to God again and again for strength, truth, and moral support.

Here’s the structure I use to pursue goals and good habits:

  1. Make a plan.
  2. Renew my mind every time I don’t feel like following the plan.
