What a great reminder to truth journal! Especially in the areas of emotional eating which is something that regularly challenges me. I have really had to be honest with myself about overeating at night. Truth journaling will help with this. Thank you for the great content!

Yeah, I agree, Denise. I feel like truth journaling helps to catch all the lies that are making me want to break boundaries or that are making me feel those negative emotions. And also makes me feel more peaceful afterwards almost every single time. :)

I agree! Sometimes we have enough on our plate without also trying to lose weight! It can be hard enough just to stick with regular boundaries when life is stressful. :)
