James is now available for pre-order on Kindle! It will be available in Kindle and paperback on March 15, 2022.
Do you need help with changing the things in your life you feel you can’t change?
So often we see growth when we become Christians, but then go for years without a lot of change. In this new Transformation Bible Study Series, you’ll have a chance to study the Bible in a way that will help you change the things you’ve been wanting to change. The things that hurt your relationship with God and also your relationship with others.
Each week (or day), you’ll study a small section of Scripture and use that Bible passage to explore something that’s going on in your life right now. It may be something that just happened this week or something you’ve been struggling with for years. It could be a temptation, a trial, a relationship struggle, or something that’s not even on your radar at the moment, but James thinks it should be!
As you explore that day’s Scripture, I’ll provide questions to help you gain awareness of where you’re at right now, look at the issue from a biblical perspective, then list some action steps you can take to make change in that area of your life. This Bible study is all about growing closer to God as you go to Him for help with life, so I’ll also have a prayer suggestion in each lesson to help with that goal.
Following are just a few of the topics we’ll cover in this book:
- How to grow through trials
- Relationship advice
- How to stop saying things you shouldn’t say
- Letting go of comparison
- How to stop being judgy
James is a Bible study for individuals, one-on-ones, and small groups who know each other well (or want to know each other well). It contains 20 lessons, each lesson covering a different topic based on that day’s Bible passage in James.
James will be out March 15, 2022. If you’d like to know when it’s out, you can either subscribe to this blog, subscribe to the Christian Habits Podcast or Taste for Truth Podcast, or follow me on Amazon by clicking this link and then pressing the “Follow” button underneath my picture.
