Do you ever struggle to follow your weight loss boundaries? Sometimes the reason we struggle is because we’re believing lies about the boundaries. Letting go of those lies will help us with embracing weight loss boundaries.
In today’s episode of the Taste for Truth Podcast, we’ll talk about 10 lies we believe that keep us from embracing weight loss boundaries and 10 truths that will help us want to follow them. Because wouldn’t it be nice to actually enjoy–or at least be somewhat happy–about our weight loss plan? If we embrace weight loss boundaries, we’ll be far more likely to follow them.
In order to reach that point, we’ll have to spend some time renewing our minds: taking off lies and putting on truth. I’ll give you a chance to renew your mind at the end of the podcast by listing your own truths for each lie.
