Virtual Assistant Job Summary
I’m looking for a virtual assistant who could help me do some of my admin, production, and marketing tasks so I can focus more on writing books and creating other content. The ideal candidate would be tech-savvy, organized, and have previous experience as a virtual assistant, podcaster, author, blogger, or influencer. It would also be helpful if you’re familiar with my books and/or podcasts.
Virtual Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- Podcast editing, production, and management
- Video editing
- Social media management
- Newsletter help
- Help with ConvertKit
- Creation of landing pages and lead magnets
- Help with creating an online course
- Creating worksheets and diagrams for online courses
I realize I probably won’t find one person with all of these skills, but if you’re interested in any part of this (or willing to learn the parts you don’t know), please email me! Here’s what I would need:
- A list of your experience or a resume
- A list of the skills you have that would help with the above responsibilities
- Links to any social media accounts, websites, etc. that would help me get to know your work.
- Salary requirements and time availability (I don’t expect this to be too many hours a week but it would depend on what parts of this you took on – maybe 1-5 hours a week?)
