No pun intended, but this “struck a chord” with me. I have a blessings journal and have learned the practice of praise through the years, but I was challenged with the thought of needing to continue working on that truth journaling that I still haven’t conquered. I also need to deal with the emotional eating aspect of my weight loss, as that can still be a challenge. I just reordered your book on Freedom from Emotional Eating. I have done it twice in the last 5 years, but I got a new copy to study it again. Some habits die hard and the only way to have victory is to keep working at it!

So true, Sandy. I wish it was easier to get rid of those old habits. So glad you found the podcast helpful – and I love your pun! Plus the fact that you have a blessings journal. I was also encouraged by Ginny to start journaling things I’m thankful for as well.

I have a song in my head most of the time too.

Love that!
