In today’s episode of the Taste for Truth Podcast, I’ll be sharing my own weight loss story. I’ve been wanting to do this episode for a long time, so I guess it’s appropriate that I finally made the commitment to do it after publishing my new Freedom from Procrastination Bible Study!

This is a picture taken of my hubby and me this summer on a backpacking trip!

Thank you so much for this podcast Barb! It was so helpful to me. Two things that I especially appreciated, Neil Anderson’s definition of a “stronghold” and your explanation of the lies you were believing. One of my biggest challenges with truth journaling and doing questions is identifying the lies I am believing. You gave me several I had not even thought about! I have also found Neil Anderson’s work really resonates with me on many issues. I appreciate all the content and value you bring to all of us. Congrats on the new book, it is great!!

Thanks, Denise! I’m glad the podcast was helpful. I’ve been reading Neil’s book Bondage Breaker and that’s also a great one!
