Enjoyed this one very much, Barb! Got me thinking about the going out to eat issues that can arise. I looked at the Vacation/Holiday eating questions and thought they would be useful too. Even though I don’t eat out much, when I did, those questions would have helped me. I ca an relate to some of the lies you explored, especially when eating Mexican food!! I used to think “I don’t know when I’ll get these chips again so I better load up .” Truth was that we ate Mexican our at least once a week! Oh well, progress not perfection. I love all you do to help those of us who so easily stray when it comes to food. God bless!

That’s funny about the chips. :) I’m in the St. George Utah airport as I write this so I’m glad you commented today – it will be a good reminder to me not to give into vacation eating on the way back to Missoula!
