Bible Study for Bad Habits

As I’ve been writing these Bible studies and journal questions for eating, it’s occurring to me that most of them would also work well for overcoming other bad habits.

So if you don’t struggle with eating, and want to work on another bad habit, just go back to Day 1 of the Bible study and start it out with your bad habit in mind.

You could also consider doing them with a couple of friends so you have some support and accountability. Hope you’re enjoying the studies. Have a great weekend!

11/18/15 Update: If you’d like to see a list of all the Bible studies in this series, click here. You could also use Taste for Truth: A 30 Day Weight Loss Bible Study to break free from a habit. Although it’s geared toward breaking an overeating habit, I’ve also done it myself to break free from other habits.
