I’m sad to say that this is last episode of the Taste for Truth podcast. It’s bittersweet as I have so enjoyed visiting with all of you on the podcast. I want to express my sincere gratitude to all the guests who have joined me as we have discussed how to break free from the control of food. The vulnerability displayed during our coaching and victory interviews has been a profound experience, and hearing from authors and coaches has enriched our discussions significantly.

For those who are just now finding the Taste for Truth Podcast, I recommend starting with my recent episode, “How to Break Free from an Overeating Stronghold or a Skinny Stronghold.” In this episode, I summarize my key recommendations on overcoming overeating, which I believe will serve as a solid foundation for anyone seeking help in this area. Additionally, I encourage listeners to explore the previous episodes and interviews for more in-depth discussions and insights that can guide them in their journeys.

Looking forward, I will continue to podcast at the Christian Habits Podcast where we discuss a variety of topics such as habits, procrastination, emotional health, relationships, breaking free from strongholds, and growing in our relationship with God.

In addition to shifting down from two podcasts to one podcast, I am transitioning from writing books to teaching online courses. I just finished teaching my first course, a Masterclass on Transformation, and it was thoroughly enjoyable!  You can sign up to be notified of these courses at barbraveling.com/course with the next class beginning in September 2025.  I hope to see you there!
