One of the beliefs that keeps us from losing weight is the belief that we should be able to eat “what we want when we want.” The truth is, we can eat “what we want when we want” whenever we feel like it. We just don’t lose weight when we do that! In today’s podcast, we’ll talk about how to break free from entitlement eating so we can lose weight and keep it off. This is a replay of a recent Zoom chat.

Resources we Talked About on This Podcast:

  • I Deserve a Donut (And Other Lies That Make You Eat)
  • I Deserve a Donut weight loss app
  • Taste for Truth Bible Study
  • Zoom Chats: If you sign up for the email list at the top of this blog (see the subscribe button), I’ll email you when I have a zoom chat. Some of the other online Bible studies (that aren’t led by me) also use zoom chats. You can find online Bible studies (or share about your own study) by looking at the Bible study tab at the top of this blog (click on menu if you’re on a mobile device) and then clicking on the online Bible study tab to see a listing of studies people are offering.
