Thanks for encouraging studies and podcasts. I have read your book Taste for Truth and just started reading Freedom From Emotional Eating. I could really use some accountability. I live in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA, and people are so very busy here. What do you think is the best way to get accountability? Start my own group? How would I find an existing one? Look on Facebook? I guess I’m looking for ideas.

Hi Angela! I actually think the best thing is to start a local group, even if it’s just three or four – or even just you and a friend. It’s just so nice to do it face to face. But if everyone’s busy, they may not be willing to do it. Although, you could see if you could put a notice up at your church and there’s a good chance you’ll find a few. Other than that, you could check my online Bible study tab up at the top, but I don’t think there are any new FFEE groups starting. You know it just occurred to me, maybe I could see if I could pin a post at the top of my fb page to see if anyone wants accountability or to do a group. I think I’ll do that. Here’s a link to it: https://www.facebook.com/BarbRaveling/ – It should be the top post on there! Hope you find someone!

It should still be there, Angela. You’ll just need to scroll down a bit on the Facebook page to find it – there were lots of comments on that post so a lot of people wanting accountability!
