Barb, I am trying to establish a habit of truth journaling. I have both Taste for Truth and Freedom From Emotional Eating. I remember in one of your podcast you mentioned that I could do the first few chapters of Taste for Truth and then toggle back and forth between the two books. Can you remind me of how many chapters to complete before I begin that process? I don’t have too much time in the mornings, but I’d like to at least start on working on a chapter a day. Thank you for your work. It is a happy day when I see you’ve released a new podcast!

Hi Caroline, That’s great that you’re working on a truth journaling habit! I recommend doing the first six chapters of Taste for Truth first, then you can go back and forth between the two. The reason is that the first six chapters are helpful for establishing boundaries. And if you don’t have time to do a whole lesson in the morning, even if you can do part of a lesson, that will help! So glad you’re enjoying the podcasts!
